Divya Delhi : Vice President JD Vance was “most likely” the Make America Great Again movement's successor, but Trump claimed there were other options and it was too early to decide. President Donald Trump said Vice President JD Vance may inherit his Make America Great Again movement. He also noted that there are other candidates and that naming one is premature. Trump was questioned about Secretary of State Marco Rubio's Fox News comments that Vance “would be a great nominee if he decides he wants to do that,” Bloomberg reported. Trump said, “I think most likely — in all fairness, he’s the vice president,” when asked if Vance was his movement's heir. I think Marco might get together with JD.” “I also think we have incredible people, some of the people on the stage right here,” Trump said. “So it's too early to talk about it, but he's doing a great job and would be probably favored.” Trump told CNBC on Tuesday that he will “probably not” run for a third term. Even yet, he still dominates the Republican Party in his second term. He has recommended Vance and Rubio, his erstwhile detractors turned allies, as prospective successors, but he has not chosen one for 2028. Although the Constitution forbids it, the 79-year-old US President and his friends have suggested a third term.
