New Delhi: Students nationwide have protested NEET paper leaks and other violations. Every day brings new details concerning the paper leak, but Sanjeev Mukhiya is now the main suspect. Authorities have identified Sanjeev Mukhiya, also known as Sanjeev Singh, from Nalanda, Bihar, as the alleged mastermind behind the medical entrance exam scandal. According to allegations, Sanjeev Mukhiya committed test fraud 20 years ago. Mukhiya was a technical assistant at Nalanda College's Noorsarai branch and was involved in various paper leaks, including the 2016 Bihar Public Service Commission constable recruitment exam leak. He apparently runs a 'Solver Gang' alongside Ravi Atri that sells leaked exam questions or proxies. The inquiry found a network of policeman and teacher recruitment exams across numerous jurisdictions, demonstrating the operation's scope. After an extremely high number of NEET-UG students got 720, the discussion began. After initially blaming grace marks for a bad question and logistical challenges, Bihar Police discovered that the exam paper had been leaked to selected applicants a day before the exam. Officials think Sanjeev Mukhiya organized the 2024 NEET-UG question paper and answer sheet distribution. He reportedly obtained these sensitive materials over mobile from an unknown professor. Law enforcement is intensifying their search for him as they crack down on his suspected network.
