IAS officer Jitin Yadav published the Cricket Icon CBSE class 10 marksheet on X. The August 9, 2023 document went viral online, prompting discussion for more than its intellectual substance. Virat Kohli's Class 10 scores weren't impressive, but they reminded us that academic performance doesn't determine future success.  Kohli earned 83 in English (A1), 81 in Social Science (A2), and 75 in Hindi (B1). His Math, Science & Tech, and Introductory IT scores were C2, C1, and C2, indicating average academic competence. Jitin Yadav wrote to students: “Had marks been the sole factor, the entire nation wouldn't be rallying behind him now. Passion and dedication matter.” After the post went viral, netizens said that marks are simply numbers and hard work is the actual prize. Fans worldwide were upset when Virat Kohli retired from Test cricket after 14 years.
