Divya Delhi: In the England against South Africa Under-19 maiden unofficial Test match, a bizarre dismissal made cricket headlines. England's Aryan Sawant tried a sweep stroke off South African bowler Jason Raubenheimer's ball. Amazingly, the ball hit short-leg fielder Jorich van Schalkwyk's helmet and rebounded back to smash the stumps. Sawant was run-out after playing the shot because he left his crease. Van Schalkwyk's short-leg was obviously damaged by the impact. The dismissal was discussed on social media by cricket fans because of its rarity and the hazards close-in fielders confront. Some observers said they had never seen a dismissal like that, while others used it to highlight cricket's safety concerns
