Divya Delhi: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami ordered Operation Kaalnemi against saint impersonators and fraudsters. CM Dhami said those who deceive and manipulate public confidence with Sanatan Dharma shall be punished. Recent cases in the state have involved antisocial elements posing as saints and defrauding others, especially ladies. Following these incidents, the Chief Minister has ordered Operation Kaalnemi against these persons. Such behaviors impair religious sensibilities, social harmony, and Sanatan Dharma's image, he said. Anyone found guilty, regardless of religion, will face harsh penalties. CM Dhami remarked that like the monster Kaalnemi, too many “Kaalnemis” are active in society, committing atrocities under religious mask. He stated that the state administration is dedicated to protecting popular sentiment, Sanatan culture, and social peace. Nobody who lies in the name of faith will be spared.
