Divya Delhi: US Coast Guard Details Titan Submersible's Final Moments And Chilling Message Before ImplosionThe US Coast Guard released the Titan submersible's farewell message after it exploded last June during a Titanic mission. At a public hearing on Monday, a picture showed the sub's damaged tail cone on the Atlantic bottom, 12,500 feet deep. The Titan's crew sent scary texts to the Polar Prince, a support vessel, according to the hearing. When asked whether they could see the ship, the Titan's crew answered, “All good here,” as they plummeted further into dangerous waters. The crew last reported having “dropped two weights,” implying they were ascending when contact was lost, according to Fox News. The US Coast Guard's Marine Board of Investigation (MBI) found “conclusive evidence” of a catastrophic implosion in the detached tail cone and other debris. This catastrophe killed five individuals onboard: British adventurer Hamish Harding, British-Pak businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman, OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, and French diver Paul-Henri Nargeolet.
