A 19-year-old auto-rickshaw driver, Vipin, was savagely assaulted with sticks and stones over a Rs 10 fare disagreement in Gurugram's Ravi Nagar, leaving him badly injured and hospitalized. The shooting took place in August 2025, near a gas station. It caused a lot of anger, and two suspects were caught. The police are actively searching for the other suspect in the case. The victim's family told the Sector 9A police office about the crime, so they opened an investigation. On Tuesday, Prayagraj's Ram Vishal Dubey and Gurugram's Krishna Colony's Laxman were arrested.
