Divya Delhi:  On April 19, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially open the last segment of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) Project, which connects Katra and Sagaldan. The project is 272 kilometers in length. This section is followed by the famous Chenab Railway Bridge. The tallest railway arch bridge in the world is this one. With a length of 13,115 meters and a height of 359 meters, this bridge will be the highest railroad bridge. The Chenab Bridge has a 120-year lifespan in mind. High-velocity winds, earthquakes, extremely high temperatures, and hydrological consequences are just a few of the tests it has passed. A villager of Bakkal village, which is next to the bridge,"This bridge is in our vicinity." PM Modi will officially open this bridge on April 19. Everyone in the village is ecstatic, even us. Many job possibilities were created during the bridge's construction, and more will be created once it is officially opened.
