Divya Delhi: There were three properties in Andheri West that were sold by Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan for a total of Rs 6.75 crore. These properties included Veejays Niwas CHS and Raheja Classique. Notable among the markets in Mumbai is Andheri West. The month of May 2025 was the month in which all three transactions involving Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and director father Rakesh Roshan were registered. According to the records that are used for property registration, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, who is also a director, have sold three residential homes in the Andheri West neighborhood of Mumbai for a total value of Rs 6.75 crore. In May of 2025, each and every transaction was officially recorded.
