Pamma Delhi gets Sikh representation after 11 years : Pamma

Divya Delhi: National Akali Dal President Paramjit Singh Pamma greeted Delhi's new chief minister Rekha Gupta and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated a Sikh leader joined Delhi's government after 11 years. Sikhs are excited about Manjinder Singh Sirsa becoming a cabinet minister.Paramjit Singh Pamma stated the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ruled Delhi for 11 years without appointing a Sikh minister. Despite having several Sikh MLAs in their party, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his cabinet colleague Atishi Marlena did not adequately represent the Sikh community. This angered Sikhs. Sikhs returned to government when Sheila Dikshit's Congress administration named a Sikh minister 11 years ago. Justice and respect for Sikhs Singh Pamma hoped Manjinder Singh Sirsa would help Sikhs. To provide future generations a strong grasp of Sikh history and culture, Delhi schools will require Punjabi education and hire Punjabi instructors.Special efforts for 1984 riot victims Paramjit Singh Pamma advised Manjinder Singh Sirsa to seek a special Delhi government package for 1984 anti-Sikh riot victims' families to provide economic and social help. He also requested immediate judicial action to punish the perpetrators.Sikh happy wave Singh Pamma called this Sikh decision a step toward justice and respect for the Sikh community. This appointment would satisfy Sikh ambitions and improve Delhi's heterogeneous character. The Sikh community is proud of Manjinder Singh Sirsa becoming a minister, which would change Sikh government involvement.
