Divya Delhi:  According to Prayagraj District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar, 1.53 crore (15.3 million) people took holy plunge in the Maha kumbh until 8 pm. Prayagraj  Ravindra Kumar Mandar said, “As the Maha Kumbh Mela concludes, we will ensure that devotees return to their destinations safely. The administration will also safely erase the temporary setup.” We assure safety and cleanliness at the Sangam ghat, which devotees attend year-round. Today, 1.53 crore people took holy bath in Prayagraj until 8 pm. 66.30 crore devotees took holy dip during Maha kumbh, stated. On Maha Shivratri, Prayagraj had an evening ‘aarti’. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath wrote “The ‘Maha Yagya’ of humanity, the grand festival of faith, unity, and equality, Maha kumbh-2025, Prayagraj, organised under the respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is moving towards its culmination today with the holy bath of Maha Shivratri More than 66 crore 21 lakh people bathed in the sacred Triveni during the Maha kumbh-2025 at Prayagraj from Paush Purnima to Maha Shivratri, according to the Chief Minister. “This is unprecedented in world history—memorable. The holy blessings of famous Akharas, saints, Mahamandaleshwars, and religious gurus are making this big assembly of harmony divine and grand and spreading unity worldwide. Obama also offered his greetings and thanks to the dignitaries who led this achievement, the devotees, and Kalpavasis from home and abroad. Kudos to the Maha Kumbh Mela administration, local administration, police administration, sanitation workers, Ganga messengers, voluntary organizations, religious organizations, boatmen, and all the central and state government departments involved in Maha Kumbh, as well as all the great people and organizations who helped directly and indirectly, who organized it.
