Divya Delhi:In the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and Babbar Khalsa International (BIKI) terror-gangster connection case, the NIA has charged the 22nd accused.The NIA's fifth chargesheet accuses Rahul Sarkar of aiding the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in India's terrorist attacks.Sarkar allegedly planned and coordinated for the distribution of counterfeit Aadhar Cards, Voter IDs, and bank passbooks after assisting the members of the gang in their departure. "The accused further used the fake documents to assist the gang members, including co-accused Sachin Bishnoi, in fraudulently procuring passports to escape the country and carry on with their terror activities," the National Investigation Agency (NIA) said, citing its investigations in the case, which pertains to a terror conspiracy hatched by the dreaded Lawrence Bishnoi terror gang in association with the BKI terror organization to spread terrorism in India.Sarkar is the twenty-second defendant to be charged in this case. Rahul is one of eighteen people seized, with four more fleeing capture, according to the NIA.The Delhi Police Special Cell reported it. The National probe Agency (NIA) took up the probe the same year, and it is still looking into the terror-gangster connection in this instance.
