Divya Delhi: Monsoons will continue across the nation. Several states have been warned of severe rains by the IMD. The monsoon trough crosses west Rajasthan's low-pressure area through Pilani, Rohtak, Meerut, Shahjahanpur, Barabanki, Varanasi, Dehri, Ranchi, and Digha. A well-marked low pressure area over west Rajasthan may affect northern India's weather. This weather pattern may provide relief from the heat and humidity. IMD's daily weather report predicts heavy rainfall across Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, West Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana today, with scattered heavy rainfall over Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. South peninsular India may receive heavy to extremely heavy rain in Kerala, Mahe, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. Bengaluru, Kolar, Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru, Kodagu, Hassan, Mysuru, Chamarajanagara, and Tumakuru may see heavy rain.
