Divya Delhi:  Chennai lost by nine wickets in a match between MI and CSK, enduring yet another crushing setback. With two straight sixes to chase down the mark of 177 runs in only 15.4 overs, MI's vice-captain Surya Kumar Yadav ended the match spectacularly. Everyone, including the current CSK captain MS Dhoni and the former Indian captain, gave Sky well-earned credit for their outstanding batting effort. "I think the odd ball was still gripping, and the first six overs were crucial for us. If you give up too many in the first six, it gets a little easier. Surya is an excellent spin bowler, and the dew was making it do a little less, but it wasn't like it was coming on nicely." Following Sunday's loss to the Mumbai Indians (MI), Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni said that his team's total of 176 runs was below optimal. Despite Shivam Dube's explosive 50 and Ravindra Jadeja's 53 not out, CSK batted to 176/5. Rohit Sharma achieved his maiden half-century of the season and was named Man of the Match after an unbeatable 114-run partnership with Suryakumar Yadav.
