Divya Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha's brother Luv Sinha has finally broken his silence on skipping his sister's wedding to Zaheer Iqbal. The wedding took place on June 23, with only their parents, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, in attendance. Luv had shared cryptic posts hinting at a rift between him and Sonakshi.

When asked about his absence from the wedding, Luv asked for some time to respond and said he would comment if he felt like it. "Please give it a day or two. I'll respond to your question then if I feel I can. Thank you for asking," he told Hindustan Times.

For the uninitiated, Sonakshi married Zaheer after seven years of dating. Prior to the wedding, Shatrughan Sinha had hinted at family differences, but they have since been resolved. In an interview with Times Now, Shatrughan clarified that there was no wedding announcement from the family and that the media was jumping to conclusions.

He also revealed that pre-wedding conflicts are normal and that the family is now okay with the marriage. "Shadiyan sab ke ghar hoti hain. Pre-wedding conflicts are also common. We are all okay now. Whatever the stress has been sorted," he said.

When asked if there were any issues with Sonakshi's choice of partner, Shatrughan replied, "Just because she is Shatrughan Sinha's daughter, it doesn't mean Sonakshi can't have what she wants in life. Hum log bohot maza karenge June 23 ko."

It seems like Luv is waiting for the right moment to speak out about his absence from the wedding and will do so only if he feels it's necessary. Only time will tell what he has to say.
