Following his interactions in Lal Chowk, Sinha paid homage at the Balidan Stambh (Martyrs’ Memorial) located at Partab Park, honoring the sacrifices made by those who fought for the country’s peace and prosperity. Earlier in the day, the Lieutenant Governor visited Tulmulla in Ganderbal to welcome devotees attending the Mela Kheer Bhawani, a significant cultural and religious event. He offered prayers at the temple, celebrating the rich heritage and traditions of the among Kashmiri Pandits.
