Divya Delhi:  The conclusion of the K-drama "The Queen Who Crowns" has been met with positive reception from viewers. Despite the appreciation, its intimate and explicit moments caused controversy. Since the drama is based on real-life historical characters, these sequences infuriated and disappointed K-netizens. In his final response to the matter, Lee Hyun Wook stated that he was unaware of the private passages when he was finishing the script. "I tend to avoid mature nude scenes," Lee Hyun Wook said in an interview with the media about his intimate moments. The characters in this drama were actual historical people. Such scenarios, in my opinion, could be offensive because their real identities were utilized. After watching the broadcast, I discovered that there wasn't enough communication between the actors and the production team, which surprised me. After watching the transmission, I started crying a lot. It hurt, and I began to question my own performance. Speaking up like this can be a little frightening. On the inside, I felt like I was walking on thin ice, yet on the outside, people seem to like it. It was really challenging—so much so that I questioned whether I would ever get well," he continued. "I never felt bad about a project that didn't work out or about a performance that wasn't very good. This time, though, when I watched the broadcast, I started to question my own performance. However, over time, I began to come to terms with it, and my viewpoint has expanded," he said. Lee Hyun-wook, Lee Yi-dam, and Lee Si-a play the main characters in The Queen Who Crowns.
