Divya Delhi: Proscribed SFJ leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun threatened after his aide and Khalistani separatist Inderjeet Singh Gosal was released on bail in Canada.Pannun took aim at India's National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval, in a video message. “Why don't you come to Canada, America, or Europe and arrest or extradite Ajit Doval? Doval, I await you, Pannun said. Gosal remarked, "India, I'm gone; to assist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, organize Khalistan referendum. Delhi-Khalistan.”The Ontario Central East Correctional Centre released Gosal within a week, and a video was taken outdoors.Gosal was detained for guns in Ontario, according to CBC and Reuters. He is close to Kabir Singh Nijjar, another Khalistani terrorist who was shot dead outside a gurdwara in BC.Following Nijjar's murder, then-Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made “credible allegations” of Indian complicity, which New Delhi denounced as politically driven and accused Ottawa of sheltering Khalistani radicals.SFJ leader Pannun was labeled a “individual terrorist” by India's Ministry of Home Affairs and faces various terror charges.The new Canadian government under Prime Minister Mark Carney is trying to normalize relations with India.
