Divya Delhi: Indians Earning Over Rs 10 Crore Increased By 63%: Report above the last five years, the number of those earning above Rs 10 crore has increased by 63%. Centrum Institutional Research found 20,034 more people earning above Rs 10 crore each year. So, 4,000 individuals make Rs 10 crore or more annually. According to the survey, 31,800 Indians earn above 10 crore. Centrum Institutional Research reports a 1.5-fold rise in the number of persons earning above Rs 5 crore in five years. This sum is attained by 58,200 people. The poll found that salaries rose considerably between 2019 and 2024. This is crucial since the COVID-19 epidemic devastated the globe, including India. The number of persons earning above 10 crore rose 121% yearly to Rs 38 lakh crore. From 2019 to 2024, the number of persons earning above 5 crore rose 106% to Rs 40 lakh crore. Over the last five years, the number of persons earning 50 lakh or more has climbed by 25% to 10 lakh.If we consider the highest increase, those earning above 10 crore are ahead. Their revenue rose 121% to Rs 38 lakh crore.
