Divya Delhi: To address the growing number of ceasefire violations, India and Pakistan are planning to have a flag meeting on the Line of Control (LoC) in the Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir.Brigadier-level officers from both sides would be present at the district's Chakan Da Bagh LoC crossing point for the flag meeting. In  the armies of India and Pakistan declared a ceasefire. This ceasefire deal significantly reduced tensions along the Line of Control and allowed hundreds of families on both sides of the border to resume some semblance of normalcy. However, two soldiers in the districts of Poonch and Rajouri were injured in recent fire events from all along the Line of Control. An improvised explosive device explosion in the Akhnoor sector of the LoC in the Jammu district claimed the lives of two soldiers, one of them was a captain. According to the officials, the terrorists planted them.Cross-LoC shooting in the Poonch district has prompted the Indian Army to reply. According to reports, Pakistan's side of the Line of Control suffered casualties as a result of the Indian retaliation. The typical infiltration routes in J&K are still accessible because of the lack of snowfall this winter, according to intelligence reports, and terrorists have been attempting to enter the Indian side of the border covertly. Two   security assessment meetings were presided over by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He instructed the security personnel to guarantee zero infiltration and zero tolerance for terrorists during such meetings.Additionally, J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha recently presided over two security meetings in Jammu and Srinagar. The Lieutenant Governor instructed the police and security forces to target terrorists, their over-ground workers  and supporters in order to destroy the terror ecosystem.Following last year's peaceful and popular Lok Sabha and Legislative Assembly elections in the union territory, the terrorists have been attempting to ramp up their operations. The security forces initiated vigorous operations against the militants following the spike in terrorist activity.
