Divya Delhi:  PM Modi visited Mukhwa village in Uttarakhand. He did Ganga aarti at Mukhwa Devi. He saw snow-covered mountains in Mukhwa, Maa Ganga's winter home, during his visit. PM Modi welcomed temple-gathered locals. On arrival in Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and other dignitaries welcomed him. PM Modi enjoyed the stunning view in a video. He holds binoculars and is intrigued by the bizarre panorama. PM Modi wears a ‘Pahadi’ topi (cap) reflecting Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand, culture. On X, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami called PM Modi's visit to Mukhwa a ‘historic moment.’ He wrote, “Warmly welcomed the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji at Mukhwa (Uttarkashi), Maa Ganga’s winter residence. The Honourable Prime Minister's visit to Harshil-Mukhwa is historic.” Dhami hailed PM's visit a crucial step in promoting Mukhimnath (Mukhwa) as a tourist destination. He added, “This visit of the Honorable Prime Minister is very important in establishing Mukhimnath (Mukhwa) on the global tourism map and strengthening the state's cultural and religious heritage. The Mukhwa community is proud to witness this historic moment. On behalf of all the people of the state, a hearty welcome and greetings to the illustrious Prime Minister on his winter visit to Devbhoomi Uttarakhand.”
