Bihar's latest cabinet upheaval has weakened Hindustani Awam Morcha Secular (HAMS) leader Jitan Ram Manjhi's influence. Santosh Kumar Suman, his son, had three portfolios but now has one after department redistribution. Suman left the IT and SC/ST Welfare ministries. He just gets the Minor Water Resources Ministry.
