Divya Delhi:  As the month of April approaches, extreme heat is wreaking havoc in many locations. However, some areas have not yet seen extreme weather as a result of disturbances from the West. Today, Kashmir is expected to get isolated, heavy rainfall and snowfall, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). On March 27, 2025, rain is also anticipated in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Punjab, among other impacted areas. Thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds of 30 to 50 kmph are also likely to occur in these states. On March 28 and 29, the Met Body has forecast continuous, intense rain in several locations around Arunachal Pradesh. Meanwhile, on March 27 and 28, Punjab will have high surface winds of 25 to 35 kmph, while Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi will experience the same from March 27 to 29. On March 27, isolated locations across West Rajasthan are anticipated to experience dust-raising winds of 20 to 30 kmph, which has prompted a warning.
