Divya Delhi: A new western disturbance is affecting the northern and western Himalayas. It brought snow and rain to Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Several regions are experiencing weather changes. Warmer days have arrived in Delhi. Despite rising mainland temperatures, Jammu and Kashmir remains frigid. The IMD predicts light to moderate rain and snow in Jammu & Kashmir. On March 3, the regional Met department issued a yellow signal for Jammu & Kashmir. In its press statement, IMD predicted isolated heavy rainfall/snowfall, thunderstorms, and lightning in Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad.
