Divya Delhi: Google keeps improving its capabilities to help publishers and content creators stand out online. The new “follow” feature allows you subscribe to your favorite publishers. Discover will feature more Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts content, per Google.Followers of favorite publications may see more material from those brands on Discover. Google added, “You'll be able to personalise Discover with more content from your favourite publishers and creators.”Google wrote: “You'll start to see more types of content in Discover from publishers and creators across the web, such as X and Instagram posts and YouTube Shorts, with more platforms to come. We found that people liked Discover's blend of articles, videos, and social posts.Users can select to follow by viewing the publisher or creator's content, “including articles, YouTube videos and posts from social channels,” after tapping follow. Google login is required to follow a publisher.Google Discover's new “follow” function for India, World, Business, Technology, Sports, and Entertainment updates. Once you follow, relevant information appears in your Discover feed. Setting  as a Google favorite source helps you locate what you need quickly.
