Divya Delhi: People often return home hungry and exhausted, and if they don't find excellent dinner, they get grumpy and restless. Today, we have a new recipe to brighten their day and make them happy. Here's the sesame cauliflower recipe. Start by finely chopping cauliflower florets. Cut it evenly and tiny. Make a smooth, lump-free batter by mixing flour and water in a medium bowl. Coat small cauliflower florets in batter and breadcrumbs for crispiness. Mix sesame oil, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey or maple syrup in a pan. A slightly thick paste forms after 2–3 minutes of churning. Add parchment paper to a baking tray. Now, heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Next, place coated florets on the greased tray. Bake the florets for 20–25 minutes until golden, fragrant, and crispy. After simmering, remove the cauliflowers from the oven and mix with the sauce.
