Divya Delhi: More toll plaza thuggery has been reported in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A big incident happened near the Luharli toll plaza on NH-91 at Dadri police station afternoon. Accused of violence and indecency toward a female toll employee after being asked to pay the toll charge. According to a video posted on ‘X’ by the UP Congress, the criminals tried to depart without paying the toll charge and attacked and abused a female employee when confronted. The party said that the Yogi government is failing to protect and empower women. Eyewitnesses that some farmers' union members tried to bypass the toll booth. They pushed and mistreated a female toll employee when toll staff sought to stop them. She also faces charges of a private part contact. CCTV footage of the event is spreading on social media. The toll management said that anti-social individuals posing as a farmers' union were forcing commercial cars through the toll plaza without paying. When confronted, they threatened toll workers. Previously convicted felon Amit Bhatti and his colleagues are seen committing blatant thuggery at the toll plaza. The Luharli toll plaza workforce reports that similar occurrences are happening often, generating panic and huge revenue losses for the National Highways Authority of India. They worry that these elements may commit a more serious crime if not stopped immediately.
