Divya Delhi: Sources claimed the Election Commission  ordered the state government to dismiss Acting Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Gupta with immediate effect due to a “history” of complaints against him in past elections. In two parts, November 13 and 20 will see Jharkhand Assembly elections. The sources claimed Gupta was removed due to a history of commission complaints and action against him during prior elections.The cadre's top DGP will now take command, they claimed.
