Dr. Sai Sanskrithi is talented and creative. She is a young Jain University doctoral graduate, TEDx speaker, author, and lecturer from Bangalore, India. Harvard, Indian Institute of Management, and Indian School of Business have hosted her study. In India and abroad, she judges competitions that honor innovative education methods. Her professional career has given her expertise, experience, and awards. She has won the Naari Astitva Award, Karnataka Women's Achievers Award, SavithriBai Phule Samman, Indian Achievers Award for education and research, Global Achiever Award for education, and Pride of India Award for her contributions to higher education. She received two IWHM awards: Rising Excellence and Education Icon.

She has successfully mentored students through the Master's level since she began teaching young. Dr. Sai Sanskrithi is changing education for our generation. After seeing that displays dominate kids' life, she mixes technology with conventional teaching approaches. She teaches using animations, games, and cinematic tales from films like "Chak De India" and "Lagaan," as well as musical compositions like "Kolaveri Di" and BTS, which are popular among young people. The master's management issues Dr. Sanskrithi discusses are complicated and require a variety of mediums. Dr. Sanskrithi's creative teaching style has garnered attention. Dr. Sai Sanskrithi has inspired other Indian educators and professors to rethink traditional teaching methods and adopt new technology.

Robin Sharma, Gaur Gopal Das, Sudha Murthy, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, and her spiritual mentor and deity, Shirdi Sai Baba, inspire her to teach her students faith (Shraddha) and patience (Saburi). Dr. Sai Sanskrithi is a social worker, reiki healer, and interfaith collaborator. A large part of her time and energy goes to advancing women in society. She claims that their voluntary activity will make the world more caring and better.
As Dr. Sanskrithi once said, learning is a journey full of creativity, opportunity, and surprises. Dr. Sanskrithi's patience, hard work, devotion, enthusiasm, and determination have helped India's higher education sector grow during her career.
