Divya Delhi:  On 07/10/2022, secret information was received at crime branch regarding minor girls doing semi naked dance at Green Chilli Bar, pahadganj, Delhi.  Raid was conducted and the police found a minor girl doing a obscene dance at the said bar.  Police apprehended the accused persons and chargesheet was filed against the accused persons. On the point of charge, Counsel for the accused Rishabh Jain argued in favor of the accused person before the essions court as  The bar was covered by CCTV CAMERAs but police didn't produce it. The victim clothes were not seized by police  The presence of the public persons in the said bar was not presented in the file As the police officials were on the spot for two hours,  still the videographer and photographer was not taken in the said raid The investigation was silent in respect of How the dancers were dancing in obscene manner. The police officials have not placed any proof of the allegation made in the chargesheet  While considering the said submissions  The accused persons were discharged for the offence under section 294/109/34 IPC and 12 POCSO Act.
