Divya Delhi:  Chhaava Leaked Online: Vicky Kaushal's historical action film 'Chhaava' is back. Since its announcement, the film has been well-received and has generated buzz. Also featuring Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in the key roles, Chhaava is based on the life of Maratha King Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. But the film was pirated within hours of its release.According to sources, Chhaava has been released online on the pirated unlawful sites such as Tamilrockerz, Filmyzilla and more. Piracy is a crime under the Copyright Act of 1957. Such behaviors should be avoided at all the cost and the viewers should also refrain from downloading movies from illegal websites. This crime can also hurt production houses.Vicky Kaushal plays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of Maratha Kingdom founder Shivaji. Akshaye Khanna plays Aurangze, the sixth Mughal. Rashmika plays Maharani Yesubai, Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj's wife.Director Laxman Utekar discussed his choice to make this film with Mid-Day. He remarked, "When I read about Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, I saw he was a great warrior, but no one made a movie about him."“Most books on Sambhaji are in Marathi, and not available in any other language. That may explain why films or shows on him are rare. He stated that few filmmakers could read about him.The movie also stars Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Vineet Kumar Singh, Diana Penty, and Santosh Juvekar in significant parts. Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films produced it, with Sharada Karki Jalota and Pooja Prem Patheja co-producing. Laxman Utekar, Rishi Virmani, Kaustubh Savarkar, Unman Bankar, and Omkar Mahajan wrote the screenplay.
