Divya Delhi :Narendra Modi has challenged the Congress or any other opposition party to reinstate Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.Modi responded to opposition leaders' claims that they would reinstate Article 370 by saying that those who understood India's constitution, federal system, and jurisdiction would not say such things.The prime minister stated the opposition cannot reinstate Article 370.
