Divya Delhi T he BJP named Karan Bhushan Singh as its Kaiserganj candidate in Uttar Pradesh, replacing his father and current MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, who was accused of sexually abusing women wrestlers.Kaiserganj votes in Lok Sabha phase five on May 20.Wrestler Bajrang Punia, a leading protester against Brij Bhushan, claimed the Kaiserganj ticket award to Karan Bhushan proves that the “BJP does not care about the safety of women” and that the ruling party practices “parivarvad” or dynastic politics.Bajrang Punia, who organized Brij Bhushan's arrest protests, told The Indian Express: "I don't know why the administration is so terrified of him.
