Divya Delhi : The Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Bihar minister Nitin Nabin as its new National Executive President, with immediate effect. The decision was approved by the party’s Parliamentary Board and announced through an official order issued by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh. Nitin Nabin, who currently serves as the Road Construction Minister in the Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government, has been elevated as part of the party’s ongoing organisational reshuffle. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nabin on his appointment, describing him as a dedicated, hardworking and experienced leader. The Prime Minister said Nabin’s work as an MLA and minister in Bihar has been effective and expressed confidence that his leadership will further strengthen the party. The appointment comes as BJP national president JP Nadda has completed his original term and continues in the role after multiple extensions, including through the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
