Divya Delhi:  Zeeshan Siddiqui, the NCP leader and Baba's son, received an email death threat. According to authorities, the sender wanted Rs 10 crore as ransom and threatened to kill Zeeshan like his father. On October 12, 2024, three people shot and killed his father Baba Siddiqui near Zeeshan's Mumbai office. Zeeshan told ANI that D-Company sent the death threat email. He claimed, “I received a mail threat from D company demanding a Rs 10 crore ransom. The cops recorded the statement and details. This upsets our family.” Dawood Ibrahim runs D-Company, an underworld crime gang. The police are investigating.Three assassins shot and killed Zeeshan's father Baba Siddiqui in Nirmal Nagar, Mumbai, on October 12, 2024. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed the murder, and Mumbai Police named Akashdeep Gill their main suspect. Gill was caught in Punjab using a laborer's mobile hotspot to contact accomplices.
