Divya Delhi: Director Jofin T Chacko's praised Malayalam mystery crime thriller 'Rekhachithram' is ready for its OTT launch. The film is gonna be aired on the OTT platform Sony LIV beginning March 7 this year. Venu Kunnappilly's Kavya picture Company produced the picture, which impressed audiences during its theatrical premiere. It set cash registers ringing at the box office, with its receipts pushing well over the astounding Rs 75-crore milestone. Set in beautiful Malakkappara, ‘Rekhachithram’ follows police investigator Vivek as he investigates a puzzling suicide. A simple investigation turns into a tangle of secrets, bringing him to a long-buried missing person's case linked to a bizarre film project. The film's fascinating story, surprises, and great acting have made it a hit with critics. Talking on the film’s OTT release, Asif Ali, who plays the lead character of Vivek in the film, says, "Bringing Vivek to life was both a task and a privilege. This film keeps audiences guessing, blurring the lines between truth and deception in ways they won’t see coming. I'm glad more people can see it on Sony LIV after its overwhelming love in theaters. The anticipation will grasp you again, whether it's your first time or not. The film has a strong cast, including Asif Ali, Anaswara Rajan, Manoj K. Jayan, Siddique, Jagadish, Saikumar, and Harisree Ashokan. Santhy Master choreographed the film, and Mujeeb Majeed wrote the music. John Manthrickal and Ramu Sunil co-wrote the script, and Ramu Sunil wrote the thriller's story.
