Divya Delhi:  Liverpool has to add players to their roster before the next transfer window opens, thus they are still after Bournemouth full-back Milos Kerkez. The Premier League leaders have identified the top defender as their priority transfer target because they believe he will eventually replace Andy Robertson. As Liverpool Athletics vigorously pursues the player, several elite football teams, including Real Madrid, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Arsenal, express interest in signing him. Although Bournemouth and Kerkez's agents have been in early contact, neither team has made a formal offer. To find the next left-back to take Andy Robertson's place, Liverpool stepped up their pursuit of Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth. Due to other clubs entering the fray to sign Milos Kerkez, Liverpool has accelerated its chase of the player in response to Bournemouth's demands for £40 million. Despite being shortlisted by Liverpool, Davies and Mendes signed new contracts, therefore the squad now picks Kerkez over all other options. Jorrel Hato, a left-back for Ajax, is still available to the team. According to reports, Kerkez's current relationship with Liverpool's director of football, Richard Hughes, is the reason he wants to move to Anfield over competing European clubs.
