The deed is shown online with a text overlay asking, “Who is responsible?” The staffer carelessly throws rubbish as spectators beg him to stop. He ignores requests to stop and claims there's nowhere place to dispose of it. Indian Railways sought the train's PNR after the video became viral to take further action.
