Divya Delhi: A final dividend year 2024–25 has been issued by Bharti Airtel, subject to shareholder approval at its 30th Annual General Meeting. In a regulatory statement, the telecom giant said its Board of Directors proposed a final dividend of Rs. 16 per fully paid-up equity share and Rs. 4 each partially paid-up equity share. After shareholders approve the final dividend, those shareholders whose names appear in the company's register of members or depositories' records as beneficial owners on Friday, July 18, 2025, will receive it. The dividend will be paid (subject to tax deduction at source) within 30 days after member approval to those members/beneficial owners whose names appear in the register of members/depository records as on Friday, July 18, 2025, close of business. Bharti Airtel, led by Sunil Bharti Mittal, recorded a net profit of Rs 11,021 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, up from Rs 2071 crore in the previous fiscal year. It rose 432% year-over-year. Net profit increased owing to one-time settlement. ARPU rose to Rs 245 in Q4 FY25 from Rs 209 in Q4 FY24 for the telecom operator. In Q4 FY25, Bharti Airtel's revenue rose 27.3% to Rs 47,876 crore. Tariff repair, smartphone client growth, and premiumization boosted mobile services.
