Divya Delhi: Starlink, owned by the world's richest man, Elon Musk, will shortly launch in Bangladesh. Starlink is currently offering satellite internet to over 100 countries, including Bangladesh soon. Starlink will launch its services in Bangladesh, said the interim administration. Bangladesh chief adviser Muhammad Yunus tweeted the news. He commented on X, “Had a great meeting with Mr @elonmusk. We decided to collaborate. Wants to launch Starlink in Bangladesh with him. However, Elon Musk’s Starlink has not formally replied to the development. Yunus remarked on X that Bangladesh will soon receive high-speed satellite internet access to overcome the digital divide. He stated it will help the economy, health, and education. It helps small enterprises expose their goods to the world. It will create employment in the country, he continued. After commencing its services in Bhutan, Musk’s company has applied for a license in India. He just met PM Modi during his trip to Washington, D.C. Starlink will likely soon launch in India. Starlink and Amazon will shortly debut their satellite internet service using low-earth satellites.
