Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's security transfer from Delhi Police to the CRPF is scheduled to finish within hours, according to sources. Delhi Police will guard the Chief Minister's residence's perimeter, while the CRPF will handle her personal and area-specific protection. Officials said Rekha Gupta is protected 24/7 by customized security measures. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was assaulted by 41-year-old Rajkot, Gujarat resident Rajesh Khimji Sakaria. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta heard residents' issues one by one at 7 am. Rajesh Khimji Sakariya handed the CM a document, yelled, and reportedly slapped, yanked her hair, and assaulted her around 8 am. He was detained immediately when security restrained him. He was arrested and transported to Civil Lines police station for questioning while Delhi Police and Gujarat officials check his personal information. CM Gupta was examined after the event.
