Divya Delhi: Bigg Boss OTT winner and YouTube celebrity Elvish Yadav suffered a serious legal setback when the Allahabad High Court rejected his appeal contesting the chargesheet brought against him in the snake venom case. Elvish Yadav's motion was denied by a bench of Justice Saurabh Srivastava, who noted that statements against him were included in both the chargesheet and the FIR. The judge stated that throughout the trial, the veracity of these claims would be investigated. The Court further noted that in his petition, ELvish did not contest the FIR itself. According to Elvish's plea, the individual who submitted the FIR claimed to be an Animal Welfare Officer but was no longer one at the time of the filing. His attorneys also stated that the additional media attention the case has received is a result of his celebrity status.
