Divya Delhi: People who crossed the border are panicked because the administration closed the integrated Check Post Attari immediately. After a Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting India declared sanctions against Pakistan. One major choice was to close Integrated Check Post Attari immediately. Crossovers with valid endorsements must return that way by 1 May 2025. Sana, a Pakistani mother, arrived at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi with her children on Thursday, panicked. Sana, from India, married a Karachi doctor. She wanted to send her children back, so she asked here. But the visa office was closed, so she entered from another gate. Sana stated that she arrived in India 10 days earlier with a 45-day visa. Due to the border issue and Attari check post closure, she went to High Commission for visa update. She said her doctor spouse dumped her off at the border. Sana crossed the Attari border into India alone. Sana said she doesn't know all about Pahalgam. She said, “I only learned that there was an attack here and the border will be closed. You have 48 hours.” “My children are Pakistani, so we must return. Therefore, we requested a visa. Only 10 days have passed since our 45-day visa. My children are Pakistani and must return, said Sana.
